REGISTRATION
All participants MUST register in advance of the event.
Work starts in the morning of 13 March and ends in the evening of 15 March. Participants are expected to arrive in the afternoon of 12 March and leave in the morning of 16 March. Participants will register on the afternoon of 12 March.
REGISTRATION FEES
The Fee for the event will cover the Conference Registration and en-suite Hotel Accommodation (B&B) for 4 nights (Arr. 12 March, Dep. 16 March).
Standard Fees:
3 Star Accommodation, Single room €680 per person (pp) – Double/Twin room €560 pp;
4 Star Accommodation, Single room €800 pp – Double/Twin room €680 pp;
5 Star accommodation, Single room €1080 pp – Double/Twin room €820 pp.
The Conference Registration Fee exclusive of accommodation is €350.
Concessionary Fees (postgraduate students and low-income participants):
Three Star Accommodation, Single room €540 per person (pp); Twin or Double room €440 pp.
The Conference Registration Fee exclusive of accommodation is €220.
Travel and living expenses are not included.
Registration Deadline:
Participants are expected to register no later than Friday 13 February 2026.
